In yoga, there’s a pose called Downward Dog. Also called Adho Mukha Svanasana, this pose involves you stretching and turning your body into an upside-down V shape. Doing this strengthens your muscles and increases your flexibility while helping you release all the stress and tension in your body. Now what if you could do this, and other yoga poses, while puppies roam freely around you? On March 29, Potter League for Animals will be hosting Puppy Yoga at the Potter League Animal Care & Adoption Center. Prepare yourself for a delightful and relaxing afternoon of yoga poses and puppy breath. Funds raised from this adorable event will help Potter League for Animals purchase an electrocautery machine that is needed by their veterinary team.
