The Gutsy Challenge is the largest national healthy eating activity for children in Australia. It is a cancer fundraiser run by the GI Cancer Institute (www.gicancer.org.au) that challenges children to eating 2 fruit and 4 veg a day for 1 week.
Children ask family and friends to sponsor them to eat healthily andall funds raised go to Gastro-Intestinal (GI) Cancer research, which is the most common form of cancer.
There are great prizes to win including movie tickets, ipods, digital cameras and Nintendo DSis.
The Gutsy Challenge runs from March until the end of November each year and you can participate through your local school.
