6:30pm Sunday 10th May 2009 THOUSANDS of youngsters from every corner of Hertfordshire met to take each other on in a dozen different sports
this weekend. All ten districts in Hertfordshire, including St Albans, were represented. Yesterday, some 2,000 expected competitors took each other on in badminton, basketball, girl’s football and hockey. Others, competed in the pan-disability sport, boccia, as well as netball and in the aquathlon event. Over the two days St Albans was represented by 172 competitors.
