Hosted by the Indianapolis Urban League, this black-tie fundraiser fuels more than twenty free empowerment programs for underserved communities in Marion County. It’s an elegant evening with a powerful purpose—backing job training, youth development, health education, and civil rights advocacy, all under one mission.

The Indianapolis Urban League’s second premier fundraising event is An Urban Affair – Signature Gala. This distinct black-tie ball, fundraiser sustains and grows unrestricted funding to support more than twenty free empowerment programs and human services offered to the underserved community in Marion County.

The city of Indianapolis has evolved dramatically since our founders first organized in 1965 and began operating in 1966. The Indianapolis Urban League has grown into a multi-service organization dedicated to uplifting the underserved in the Indianapolis Community. We assist nearly 54,000 youth, individuals, and families annually through direct services, information, and referrals.
