If being healthy and calm is on your new year’s resolution list, you should definitely attend Yoga with Pups on January 25 at the Animal House Shelter, Illinois. Brought to you by Animal House Shelter (AHS), this event is guaranteed to bring out your zen and fill you with paw-sitive vibes. You don’t need to be an experienced yogi to attend this workshop. You just need to bring a yoga mat, an open mind, and your love for animals. Proceeds raised will go to AHS, a no-kill animal shelter that rescues, rehabilitates, and finds furever homes for abused, neglected, and abandoned animals.
When: January 25, 2026 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Where: Animal House Shelter, 13005 Ernesti Road, Huntley, Illinois 60142
Join us for a heartwarming and playful afternoon where you can stretch, breathe and relax alongside the cutest companions! Whether you’re an experienced yogi or just looking for a fun and relaxing activity, this event is open to all skill levels!
Certified yoga instructor, Debbie, will guide you through a series of gentle yoga poses while playful puppies roam the mat, giving you the perfect balance of mindfulness and lighthearted fun!
Bring your yoga mat and get ready for good vibes, laughter and a unique way to unwind!
There’s a pose in yoga called the Downward Dog or the Downward-facing Dog Pose. This is done by placing your hands and feet on the floor and raising your hips towards the ceiling until your body forms an upside-down V. Do this pose, and more, as adorable puppies run and sleep around you, when you attend AHS’ Yoga With Pups. Get your tickets to this pup-some event here now.
