Hayden Panettiere, Eli Manning, Jerry Ferrara, Jessica Szohr, Chace Crawford and Josh Duhamel were among a number of celebrities playing flag football for the 2011 Celebrity Beach Bowl event in Texas.
“I won an award for football… It has to be because the ball hit me in the face.” said Panettiere who won Most Inspirational Player at the game.
The annual Beach Bowl was held as part of the Super Bowl celebrations, a number of charities benefit from a host of events held on and around the football finale.
The 2011 Celebrity Beach Bowl was on Saturday 5 February.
