Community Shop Volunteer

Help us at our Community Shop and Cafe

We need you to help us to run a local shop for people on a low or zero income, due to social circumstances, impacts of the coronavirus, ill health, and disability.

We’ve transformed our Community Cafe to accommodate a local space for people to pick up the essentials; fresh fruit and vegetables, milk, cheese, bread, eggs and store cupboard standbys like pasta and rice.

Sign up here for a shift with our awesome team, meet new people with very interesting backgrounds, and help the community to stay afloat.

No experience necessary; we’ll brief you on arrival. You’ll get a delicious lunch at the beginning or end of your shift. You can sign up for a morning or afternoon, or all day, if you like.

There’s free parking for cars and bikes on site, bus stop nearby (bus 360), nearest tube Kennington.
