Steve Renouf (pictured) and Faiza El-Higzi will speak at the speaking out against discrimination event to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights.
The two outstanding community members and world class heroes will share their personal stories of triumph over adversity, and reveal to guests what led them to a stand against inequality, human rights abuse and discrimination.
The speaking out against discrimination free event, presented by State Library of Queensland and Anti-Discrimination Commission Queensland, is on December 2.
