Tim Cahill (pictured right) will lead the Socceroos in a charity match, to raise funds for the Australian Bushfire Appeal, at the next World Cup qualifier.

Australia will play Uzbekistan for the chance to play in the World Cup, and for the Australians affected by the disaster.

The toll from the bushfires has now reached 200, with a firefighter losing his life yesterday after being crushed by a falling tree while trying to connect a fire hose.

Tim Cahill and the Socceroos, who wore tribute black armbands during their World Cup qualifier against Japan, will play Uzbekistan in April.
