The Mounties Care Cottage Gala Dinner 2026: A Night in Rio will take place on Saturday, 10 October 2026, from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM at the Mounties Showroom. Presented by Mounties Care and Rio’s Legacy, the gala will be an evening inspired by the colour, rhythm, and generosity of Rio, bringing guests together for an evening of celebration while raising funds for Mounties Care Cottage.
Guests will enjoy live music, samba-inspired performances, and an MC, alongside a live auction, raffles, and pledges supporting the work of Mounties Care Cottage. Funds raised on the night will directly support Mounties Care Cottage, while also recognising the mission of Rio’s Legacy and its work with families caring for children with life-limiting conditions.
Rio’s Legacy was founded to support families navigating the unimaginable reality of caring for a child with a life-limiting condition. Working alongside hospitals and care facilities, the organisation advocates for dignity, access, and compassion, supporting families in intensive care settings as well as those accessing end-of-life and respite services. Together, Mounties Group and Rio’s Legacy are working toward a future where children and families can access specialised care close to home, helping ensure that no family has to face these difficult circumstances alone.
