One Ride 2026 will take place from Friday, 20 November to Sunday, 22 November 2026, in the Barossa Valley, South Australia, with the main cycling event taking place on Saturday, 21 November. One Ride brings together cyclists of all ages and abilities for a cycling challenge that combines the scenery and fine wine of the Barossa Valley with a shared purpose: raising funds for vital type 1 diabetes research.
