Every child deserves the chance to grow up healthy, safe and able to reach their potential. UNICEF works around the world to protect children’s rights and improve access to essential services, including healthcare, education, nutrition and humanitarian support.

The UNICEF Hero Run 2026/27 – WondeRun will take place on Sunday, December 13, 2026, at a park east of Fan Kam Road in Hong Kong, welcoming participants to a family-friendly day of running, games and interactive learning.

Part of UNICEF Hong Kong’s wider HERO RUN campaign, WondeRun invites people of different ages and abilities to turn an active day outdoors into support for children. The event features a 1km Fun Run and a 3km Obstacle Run, alongside game booths and a themed bazaar. Funds raised through UNICEF Charity Run events support UNICEF’s work for children worldwide, as well as selected local children’s programmes in Hong Kong.
