2:10pm Saturday 29th August 2009 CENTURIES old milling techniques are being bought back to life next month by the Devon Wildlife Trust.
The Milling day is taking place on Saturday, September 12 from 1pm until 5pm. The restored nineteenth century waterwheels will be turning and there will be tours of the mill including areas not usually open to the public. Volunteer millers will also be on hand to speak to visitors about the milling process and the process of using locally sourced organic wheat to make flour in a traditional way. Devon Wildlife Trust
