Beauties the pink at fashion event

The national festival put on by ACP Magazines will run throughout September, with more than 100 runway shows, master classes and retail showcases around
the country. Now in its third year, 30 Days has partnered with Fashion Targets Breast Cancer, hoping to raise more than $30,000 for the charity. At the launch in Sydney on Wednesday morning, models, actresses and celebrities showed off a collection of 30 pink dresses by leading designers. Ambassadors Nikki Philips, Alyssa Sutherland and Pania Rose posed with members of the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer ‘mod squad’, including Gracie Otto, Pip Edwards, Zoe Naylor, Kate Waterhouse, Anneliese Seubert, Maree Andrews, Mink Sadowski and Erin McNaught. ‘This year we really felt it was important because we’re going to be connecting with a lot of people, to really get behind a charity and support it,’ Lynette Phillips, publishing and sales director of Women’s Lifestyle Titles at ACP, said. ‘We’re very confident we’re going to raise a serious amount of money for breast cancer this year.’ The event kicks off on September 1. One of the highlights will be the Magazines Go Live three-day showcase of style, beauty and celebrity for consumers from September 11-13 at Sydney’s Moore Park.
It will also feature performances by Chris Isaak, Wes Carr, Cassie Davis, Gin Wigmore and Axle Whitehead.
