from cancer. The ‘Captains Charity Day’ at Whiteleaf Golf Club in Princes Risborough is an annual occasion and this year threw its support behind The Thomas Ball Children’s Cancer Fund. And the charity, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, is also appealing for people to take part in an annual running event next month. More than 200 players took part in the Bank Holiday Monday golfing event, with more guests attending in the evening to support the charity raffle and auction.
