3:45pm Friday 22nd May 2009 Former Royal Marine Jamal Abbasi is embarking on a charity challenge to raise funds for Help for Heroes.
Help for Heroes was started in October 2007 by a group of friends and service relations eager to help the wounded coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan. Arklay was inspired to support the cause after serving with L/Cpl Tom Neathway of 2 PARA when he was badly wounded by a booby trap in Afghanistan last year.
