The ninth annual Laguna Playhouse Youth Theatre Charity Golf Tournament, Auction, and Dinner will be held on Friday, May 29, at the Tijeras Creek
Golf Club in Rancho Santa Margarita. Presented by Laguna Playhouse Parents Association, the golf tournament benefits the Playhouse’s Youth Theatre programs, which include youth theatre classes, youth theatre productions and TheatreReach, a professional outreach program which tours to schools.
The shotgun start is at 1 p.m., and there will be awards, announced during the event, for closest to the pin and longest drive, as well as a helicopter ball drop ($10 entry fee per ball). Once the rounds of golf are completed, dinner and a silent auction will begin at 6 p.m., with entertainment from members of the Youth Theatre program.
