The Chez Pascal Hot Dog Cart, Hewtin’s Dog, is in business for the season. It can be found on the edge of Lippitt Park, Hope Street, Providence, a few steps away from the restaurant. It features all-beef Grote & Weigel Hot Dogs, regular and spicy, as well as house-made relishes such as Sweet Pepper & Vidalia Onion Relish, Classic Pickle Relish, and Sweet and Spicy Golden Mustard. The cart will be out Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to about 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.
