Beverage and Event Coordinator. Strob has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. She served in top managerial positions relating to both catering and event planning for some of the finest country clubs and hotels in Naples, such as the former Registry Resort, Grey Oaks Country Club and Collier’s Reserve. She also attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., studying under Mike Roman.
