Organisations in danger of losing services have formed together under the banner of Kids Under Threat, and are asking Aussies to contribute some of their $900 government bonus to charity.
Nine children’s charities have united as Kids Under Threat, including Glenn Manton’s (pictured) Whitelion and the Lighthouse Foundation, they provide vital services like housing to children who might otherwise be forced out onto the street.
But it’s not just the kids charities that are suffering from a dip in donations, charities across the board are feeling the pinch.
Just a little bit of the government bonus could go a long way for people in need.
