1920s Fundraising Ball for Northcott Disability Services

Step back in time for The Roaring 1920s Fundraising Ball for Northcott Disability Services at Club Marconi on Saturday, 23 May 2009. The night promises to relive the decades fashion, music and dance in celebration of Northcott Disability Services 80th anniversary of providing services to people with a disability and their families, with money raised directed towards Northcotts Adult Recreation Service, which receives no government funding.
Club Marconis auditorium will come alive with a 1920s themed ball organised by Tony Petrin, a 21 year old Wetherill Park resident with cerebral palsy who has been supported by Northcott Disability Services for over seven years to help him fulfill the goals he has aspired to achieve

The 1920s theme celebrates the establishment of Northcott over 80 years ago in 1929 as the NSW Society for Crippled Children. Today, Northcott Disability Services provide support to over 6000 people with disabilities and their families across NSW and the ACT by providing a range of quality services which promote a genuinely inclusive society.
Northcott Disability Services receive some Government funding, yet relies on the generosity of the community through other donations to fund all services offered to their clients.
