Essendon Football Club have committed to a Reconciliation Action Plan and outlined ‘themes of Respect, Relationships and Opportunities’ to act on the distance between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.
Last year Cathy Freeman and Kevin Sheedy were just some of the celebrated guests supporting the event.
The Long Walk (from Fed Square to the G) is on 22 May, before the game.
