From March 1 till April 30, The Red Cross Calling Appeal will see Australians using the Internet to raise money for the Red Cross.
By registering through The Red Cross website, volunteers create their own donation page, they then post a link to this page to their friends, family, and on to social networking sites.
The Australian Red Cross operates around Australia in every State and Territory providing over 60 local community services.
The target for the 2008 Red Cross Calling Appeal is to raise $9 million.
