Salvation Army Illegal Dumping

Illegal Dumping on Salvation Army Stores

Over the holidays people were illegally dumping their unwanted goods at Salvation Army Stores nationally, leaving the Salvos to clean up the mess.
On the weekend the Salvos spent $6000 removing rubbish from one state, nationally they spend $3 million annually on the problem.
The Salvation Army released a statement on Tuesday expressing their concerns about illegal dumping as a serious safety risk and a potential fire hazard.
