Two Auckland girls will cut their hair to donate to charity, and their cause is achieving Facebook fame.
Aarni Singh, 22, and Oshni Arachchi, 23, heard about Wigs By Haircreations, a local company supplying human hair wigs for cancer and burn victims through the Look Good Feel Better program. They decided to donate their own long locks to the cause, and created a Facebook event to encourage sponsorship and awareness.
Funds raised from their Facebook fame will also go to Look Good Feel Better, and the girls hope more people will be inspired cut their hair for charity.
