20Talk is an Australian mental health charity that provides young adults with practical tools and skills to better manage their wellbeing. Its programs focus on mental health education, prevention and helping young people build healthier habits.
To help support this work, 20 Hours for 20Talk will take place in Port Melbourne, Victoria, on December 5 and 6, 2026, challenging participants to spend 20 hours in silence while raising funds for youth mental health.
Participants can take part individually or as part of a team, with a $1,000 fundraising goal for each participant. Funds raised support 20Talk’s Mental Health Maintenance Program, which provides free mental health education for young adults.
