Well, Smoltz’s new Red Sox teammates got a first-hand look at his scratch game Friday afternoon during the club’s annual charity golf tournament. The 41-year-old right-hander is hoping to prolong his baseball career a few more seasons, but when he finally hangs up the spikes, he already knows what he wants to do. Smoltz recently said he wants to try to become a professional golfer on the Champions Tour. That’s his next goal.
