Ahead With Horses Annual Childrens Demonstration And Fun Day

A heartwarming day of Family Fun June 14th

As flowers bloom and sunny smiles blossom, this has to be our favorite time of year! On June 14, in sunny Shadow Hills, Calif., Ahead with Horses, Inc. will hold their 33rd Annual Childrens Demonstration and Fun Day where all the special-needs program children are truly stars.

AHEAD With Horses is California’s #1 Center for Developmental Therapeutic Vaulting. This amazing nonprofit maximizes the potential of disabled, disadvantaged and special needs children by providing developmental therapy, education and recreation through horses.

The program provides developmental therapy services to hundreds of children and has touched the lives of over 100,000 since its formation. The Annual Childrens Demonstration and Fun Day Event is where the children get to show off the miracles they are able to accomplish thanks to the hard working horses, volunteers and staff.

At Ahead With Horses, children with autism, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, chromosome disorders, spina bifida, seizure disorders and ADHD can learn how to ride a horse. At Fun Day, the public is made aware of the struggles these kids have faced and celebrate their personal achievements.

The event will feature enough uplifting family fun to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy the barbecue lunch, games, arts and crafts, music, silent auction, T-shirt sales, special gifts for all youngsters in attendance, and the best part of all: watching all of the children showcase what they have learned to do while on a therapy horse.

Bring the family, join us for the fun and help this amazing nonprofit that does so much for children to move ahead physically, mentally, socially and emotionally.

Purchase tickets in advance or at the door (tickets include the barbecue lunch): $12/adults, $6/children, kids under 3 are free.
