Breaking News Rod Stewart to appear at Caudwell charity ball

MOBILE phone tycoon John Caudwell has signed rocker Rod Stewart to headline his charity ball in May.

The singer – behind hits including Maggie May and Sailing – will appear at the Butterfly Ball event on May 14 in London. Rod is the latest star to perform for the billionaire after the likes of Whitney Houston and Tina Turner. It will also his first performance in England since appearing at the Princess Diana memorial concert at Wembley Stadium in 2007.
