Water is the most basic necessity for survival, but there are people all over the world without access to this resource. Many don’t have ways to get clean water and instead have to use water that can contain bacteria and parasites. This can spread illnesses and in some cases can even be fatal. Additionally, some communities don’t have running water and aren’t close to any bodies of water, leading to a constant shortage. When your basic needs aren’t being met and every day is a fight for survival, it is often impossible to build a better life for yourself. Everyone deserves to have their needs met so they can achieve their goals.
Water For People helps people around the world access safe water. Their British Columbia 17th Annual Golf Tournament will help them raise funds to support this goal.
Join the Water For People Canada British Columbia Committee for their 17th Annual Golf Tournament on July 20, 2023 at the Surrey Golf Course in Surrey, BC.
All funds raised at the 17th Annual Charity Golf Tournament will go towards supporting Water For People’s mission to create a world where everyone has access to reliable and safe drinking water. In addition to networking with other partners and friends of Water for People-Canada and playing a spectacular round of golf, you will be making a contribution to the life-changing and the life-saving work we do around the world.
