Relevant Worship, a feature performer at Darien Lake’s Kingdom Bound, and Anadara, a Nashville voice likened to Amy Grant, will perform separate shows at two Smithville churches as part of the inaugural Smithville Christian Music Festival. The first of the two concerts, featuring Relevant Worship, Niagara band Nonfiction and church band Rising H.O.P.E. starts at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 at Smithville Christian Reformed Church. Anadara will perform with special guest Greg Sykes the following Friday, Feb. 27 at 7 p.m. at Smithville United Church.
The event has been spearheaded by local residents James Clunas and Sam Iriarte. With the help of West Lincoln Community Care manager Garry Warden, who has ties to Kingdom Bound, the two were able to secure the high profile musicians from the USA.
