Kids who signed up for the event at the Pla-Mor Lanes in Watertown, raised money for the local chapter of the Children’s Miracle Network
through pledges. Last year the event raised $12,000 and participants are hoping for the same this year. One young girl, Kaitlyn Keggins, who’s needed the help of the CMN before, collected the most money this year, nearly $1,400. Organizers say that’s what events like this are all about. CMN will be holding an adult bowling event coming up in April and a golf outing later this summer.
