There will be a silent auction with lots of fun sports memorabilia including autographed items from Red Sox players Jonathan Papelbon, Jason Bay, and Josh Beckett, to name a few. Also there wil be two pairs of Boston Celtics tickets raffled. All proceeds of this event will benefit Malden West Little League. A Chinese folk music concert will be presented by Zhao Zhi-Min on Saturday, Feb. 21, 3-4 p.m., at the Malden Public Library, 36 Salem St., Malden. PeaceVibe Entertainment in association with Playful Paws is planning a Prom Party on Saturday, Feb. 21, at Anthony’s in Malden, where 25 percent of proceeds will benefit The Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition for Breast Cancer Prevention.
