Patrick’s Day breakfast The Exchange Club of Haverhill will hold its eighth annual St. Patrick’s Day charity breakfast March 17, from 7:30 to 9 a.m., at DiBurro’s function hall in Ward Hill. This event is to benefit child abuse prevention programs in the area. It will feature the music of The Square Riggers, Irish blarney, comedy, food and raffles. Breakfast will be served at 7:45 a.m. Major support comes from Pentucket Medical Associates, Trinity Ambulance and the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce. Tickets are $25, and tables of 10 are available for $250. Money raised supports programs for the prevention of child abuse and a portion is donated to the Michael B. Christensen Family Support Center in Lawrence. The center is supported by all of the Exchange Clubs in the area. The Exchange Club of Haverhill is a nonprofit service organization that meets weekly on Thursdays at noon at Olivia’s Restaurant, 142 Essex St. More information is available online at www.haverhillexchangeclub.com.
