A useful supplement to anyone’s education, music education has been proved to increase personal development and overall academic success. It can also be a potent tool for social and cultural enrichment, fostering interpersonal relationships and a sense of belonging.

By offering some tuition-free programs and scholarships, San Francisco Community Music Center (SFCMC) helps to bridge the gap in access to music education and provide opportunities for individuals who may not have had the chance otherwise. They are inviting everyone to their annual Field Day event which is playing in June.

Field Day 2023, our annual performathon celebrating musical community and raising money for scholarships, is happening Saturday, June 3rd!

Registration for students, faculty, and friends to perform at this extravaganza opens March 1.
