TIMES SQUARE: Broadway from 42nd to 45th Sts., closed 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday. PROSPECT PARK: The Third St. exit/entrance and 16th St. exit to be closed permanently to cars Monday. FIFTH AVE.: Closed from 59th to 79th Sts., 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Also closed from 50th to 55th Sts., outside during this time (as is Sixth Ave.).
HUTCHINSON RIVER PARKWAY: Northbound closed between Cross and New England Thruway for Bronx Biathlon, 7 to 11 a.m. Sunday.
