July 4th will see the Wild Dolphin Foundation lighting up the skies and cruising the waves for a special fundraising evening.
The romantic annual summer event includes a local-style style dinner as you watch the sun set over the sea, followed by star-gazing and a fireworks display. The catamaran sets sail from the rural Waianae coast and is one the many wildlife charity tours hosted by Wild Side.
The Wild Dolphin Foundation warns that such events can be potentially life-changing (and) certainly life-affirming, and fun and fundraising does sound like the best way to spend a national holiday.
