Golf tournament benefits military families

Gina Tenorio • The Desert Sun • August 27, 2009 The third annual Patriot Golf Day event is scheduled for Sept.
4 at Desert Falls Country Club. While the official charity game is Sept. 4, golfers may also contribute by playing Sept. 5, 6 and 7. Tee times start at 6:15 a.m. Cost is $40 and includes lunch. Golfers may register after 11 a.m. for $30 but lunch is not included.
