ITEMS NEEDED PACE Center for Girls needs a glass display case to display awards for the point system to reward the girls for various
achievements. Items suitable for girls 12-18 are also needed for awards, including personal care items, jewelry, body spray, lipstick, curling irons, hair straighteners and chapter books. Call 644-4145. SILENT AUCTION A silent auction to benefit Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3-Day is planned for 12:30-3 p.m. Saturday at Julianne’s Fine Dining, 3125 U.S. 98 S., Lakeland. A $5 cover includes food and beverages. In addition to the auction, there will be a cash bar, entertainment, door prizes, 50/50 tickets and $5 raffle tickets for a 19-inch flat screen monitor.
