GQ The Gentlemen’s Fund is looking for an all round good guy for the 2009 Better Men, Better World Competition. Jollypeople.com hasn’t included an image, readers of GQ will decide who the Better Man will be. The Competition has been launched via GQ and other selected Conde Nast publications to find a Better Man who, as an agent of change striving for betterment of society is involved in charitable work, volunteerism, community involvement.
The worthy winner will be featured in the pages of GQ, be honored at the GQ Gentlemen’s Fund Ball in New York, October 28 and share the in the good works of the charity he nominates.
GQ’s The Gentlemen’s Fund 2009 Better Men,Better World Search is seeking an ordinary guy doing extraordinary things. Some-one who does extraordinary things who you’d like to nominate.
Readers of GQ will have the chance to choose who the winner is from September 10, five finalists will be available to view, readers vote to make their choice. The three criteria will be involvement with a cause, impact and dedication.
Those wanting to nominate the good guys should get going, nominations close August 13, 2009.
Forest Whittaker, Mark Wahlberg, Timberland, John Legend and Steve Nash are just a few of the stand up guys that have been a part of the Gentlemen’s Fund projects and initiatives.
