6:50pm Friday 8th May 2009 Entry is now officially open for one of the largest charity running events in south-east England.
The Havens Hospices Southend Half-Marathon is taking place on Sunday June 14, starting and finishing at East Beach in Shoeburyness. Now it its 13th year, the event has grown in popularity and last year had 1,200 finishers, the highest number in the event
