Hilary Duff and Mandy Moore will host a Stand Up to Cancer event in LA this week with Dave Annable.
The event will launch Kitson’s line of celebrity-designed holiday merchandise with proceeds helping support Stand Up To Cancer.
Kitson already have charity lines available including Omni Peace tees.
