Dr Hamidah Marican and Elizabeth Shaw will speak at the event marking International Womens Day, protecting the rights of, and celebrating the remarkable achievements of women.
UNIFEM ambassador Nicole Kidman continued campaigning for the organisation this month, applauding new support for women in the US.
Violence against women and girls is perhaps the most systematic, widespread human rights violation in the world, she said.
The Perth International Womens Day Breakfast is on 8 March.
