Former Iron Chef French Hiroyuki Sakai, other big name internationals and local Hawaiian home grown talent will steam, sizzle and saut an array of culinary creations for the Easter Seals Chefs Du Jour.
A long list of chefs will showcase local grown produce and products from premium producers who are members of Hawaii’s Agriculture programs.
As well as the huge banquet there will be live music, wine and martini tasting, a silent auction, entertainment and more.
Iron Chef French will be at Chefs Du Jour, raising funds for Easter Seals, on June 21.
