Jennifer Garner helped launch the 2009 Save the Children State of the World’s Mothers campaign, supporting early childhood development programs.
The actress and mother read to children in Washington at a launch function, saying, ‘We didn’t have a ton but our house was very rich in books, and music and games and fun and attention and I saw the difference in my life.’
