Jorge Posada and his family, along with past and present New York Yankees will help raise funds for Craniosynostosis Treatment and Research at the Heroes for Hope Gala.

Derek Jeter, Bernie Williams, Jason Giambi, Alex Rodriguez, Tino Martinez, Mariano Rivera, Robinson Cano, Bobby Abreu, Willie Randolf, Joe Torre and other celebrities and close friends will join Jorge in raising funds to fight the disease that his son, Jorge, Jr. was diagnosed with when he was 10 years old.

The Jorge Posada Foundation Heroes for Hope Gala, with special guests from the New York Yankees, is on June 16.
