Kelsey Grammer suffered a mild heart attack in Kona on the weekend.
Whilst paddle-boarding with his wife, the sitcom star experienced mild symptoms and hastened to a nearby hospital.
The American Heart Association says that, ‘Most heart attacks start slowly, with mild pain or discomfort. Often people affected aren’t sure what’s wrong and wait too long before getting help.’
Symptoms can include chest discomfort, shortness of breath, discomfort in areas of the upper body and other symptoms such as cold sweats, nausea or lightheadedness.
Take Kelsey Grammer as an example and act quickly if experiencing even mild symptoms of heart attack.
