MOBILE, Ala. — The fourth annual Serve It Up With Love Charity Tennis Tournament raised nearly $50,000 to help fund services at the . The two-day event at the Copeland-Cox Tennis Center included 340 ladies, men, and juniors Team Mathison of the Country Club of Mobile was the first place men’s winner. Members are Andy Crane, captain Mike Mathison, David Bell, Bobby Martina, Kim Stiegler and Chris Fuchs. Team Jackson of Heron Lakes Country Club was the second place men’s winner. Members are Billy Jackson, Royce Ray, captain Mike Jackson, Johnny Still, Jon Zimlich and Stephen Baker. Team One Love was the recipient of the 2009 Grace Sheridan Memorial Award, which is based on sprit and friendship. Members are Paula Daniels, Laura Hassell, Ellen Odom, Laura Sprinkle, Melissa Howat, Erica Tanner, Catherin Moore and Melissa Epker. Court Krewe was the 4.0 ladies winner. Members are Tricia Spafford, Roselene Smith, captain Sherri Rudisill, Patricia Powell, Linda Keller, Regina Barbarin and Yolanda Hicks Thames and Michelle Howell. Many Happy Returns was the ladies 3.0 winner. Members are Becky Welch, Sharon DeCoopman, Carolyn Looney, captain Linda Smith, Mary Davis, Tiffany Ammons, Erin Bowen, Jamie Taylor and Ruth Rye.
Court Jesters was the 3.5 Red Ladies winner. Members are captain Barbara Phipps, Jamie Lett, Bonnie Vadas, Glenda Phillips and Peggy Possien, Becky Stevens, Denise Monroe and Catherine Blevins.
