If you are a pickleball enthusiast, get ready to make a difference! This year, a group of passionate pickleballers (weekend players, amateurs and semi-pros) is coming together to host a pickleball event to raise funds for suicide prevention.
The “Pickleball for a Purpose”, organized by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, is coming on April 08, 2023 at Meador Park, Springfield, MO.
This pickleball tournament will be a fun and engaging way for people in the Springfield area to promote AFSP and mental health resources!
Whether you’ve been playing for years or have never picked up a paddle, this is meant for you! We will give a demonstration of the pickleball rules for any new players.
Bring your own paddles if you have a favorite set, but we will provide them as well.
Winners will receive a gift card prize!
