The Maggie May singer will be the headline act at the Caudwell Children Butterfly Ball, his first performance in England since appearing at the
Princess Diana memorial concert at Wembley Stadium in 2007.
The ball raises funds to provide vital specialist equipment, treatments and therapy for sick and disabled children living in the UK and performers such as Whitney Houston and Tina Turner have entertained guests in previous years.
The ball takes place at London’s Battersea Evolution on May 14. Details and tickets are available at www.caudwellchildrenbutterflyball.co.uk or by calling 01782 600113.
